A cafe on wheels that fits where you need it
Our mobile coffee cart needs a 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water — so it sets up in a lobby, a boutique, a trade show booth, a ballroom or a backyard.
Once it's in place, SCA Certified baristas pull specialty espresso on commercial La Marzocco machines: lattes, cappuccinos, vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, Cuban coffee and cortaditos, hot or iced, with whole, oat or almond milk.
The cart has set up inside Aventura Mall for Charlotte Tilbury, at the 1 Hotel South Beach for ROKT during F1 Miami weekend and in an airport hangar for 500 AAR employees. We're based in Miami.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.

If you’re looking for an elevated coffee experience to add to an event or meeting these are your guys! We just used Cafering for an executive meeting to have espresso during breaks and the guests were raving about the quality of the coffee. It was a hit to say the least. The pre-planning was seamless and they adapted to a number of changing requests. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind!

Honestly such a cool experience. Cafering brought their whole coffee cart setup to our team event and it felt super premium. The baristas were friendly and very skilled, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the coffee was. They even printed our logo on the drinks which made it feel really personalized. You could tell the coffee was high quality—like way better than the usual stuff at these types of things. What do you need from the venue?

How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?
Pricing depends on service time, the number of coffee bars, location, branding and staffing. Fill out the quote form on this page — it takes about 30 seconds and shows your price right away. We don't charge per cup: guests can reorder as much as they like during your booked service time.
What drinks are on the menu?
Espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, hot or iced. On request, at no extra cost: decaf, almond milk, hot chocolate, chai, tea, Cuban coffee, cortado, cortadito, flat white and americano, plus hazelnut, pistachio and toasted marshmallow flavors. Ceremonial matcha and custom drinks are premium add-ons.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes. The cart is self-contained and runs on a standard outlet, so it works on a terrace, a lawn or a covered patio. For outdoor events we plan bar placement and timing around the Miami heat and the weather.
Do you serve Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County?
Yes. We're based in Miami. We bring the coffee cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton and the rest of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we travel across Florida for select events.
