Ryze Coffee brought our cart to the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and to Bayfront Park during the Miami Marathon, reaching 1,000+ guests across two venues. For Exceedance 2026 at the Omni Fort Lauderdale we served 1,000+ guests a day for three days.
Each cart serves roughly 75 drinks an hour, and we add carts for bigger crowds. We're based in Miami, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.

10/10 recommend Cafering! We host events for people in the construction industry and needed a coffee vendor that would be able to print a logo on top of the coffee. Cafering were able to do that and way more! The process to book them was super smooth, I just filled a form on their website and received a quote shortly after. Mario and the Cafering team did an amazing job, start to finish. It was the first time I ordered such a service and they were very professional, responsive, and accessible before the event. We invited them to be at our Booth at a technology conference. Mario and his colleague arrived early and were ready to go an hour before our scheduled time! We were able to hire cafering for our event in Miami, september 26th. and it was a complete success! Honestly such a cool experience. Cafering brought their whole coffee cart setup to our team event and it felt super premium. The baristas were friendly and very skilled, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the coffee was. They even printed our logo on the drinks which made it feel really personalized. You could tell the coffee was high quality—like way better than the usual stuff at these types of things. Do you have a coffee truck?
No — we bring mobile coffee carts and espresso bars. They serve everything a coffee truck would, made to order by SCA Certified baristas, and they set up inside lobbies, ballrooms, booths, boutiques and backyards in a 5x5 ft space where a truck can't park.
How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes. The cart is self-contained and runs on a standard outlet, so it works on a terrace, a lawn or a covered patio. For outdoor events we plan bar placement and timing around the Miami heat and the weather.
How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?

Can you brand the cart, the cups and the drinks?
Yes. Branding ranges from your logo on the front panel to a full vinyl wrap of the cart, plus printed hot and cold cups and sleeves, your logo printed in full color on the foam of every drink, and custom drinks built around your brand colors or campaign. Everything is confirmed before event day.
Do you serve Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County?
