For Exceedance 2026 at the Omni Fort Lauderdale we ran non-stop coffee service for 1,000+ attendees a day for three days, including a second cart requested on-site that was running before doors opened. The client has already rebooked us for 2027.
On a trade show floor, coffee gives people a reason to stop at your booth and talk to your team while a drink is made. A coffee program built by a champion
Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.
That background shapes every bar: how the program is designed, how our SCA Certified baristas are trained, and what ends up in the cup — specialty coffee locally roasted in Miami by Escondido Specialty Coffee.

I have nothing but great things to say about Nico, Mario, Francesca and the team at Cafering! They went above and beyond at our event in Miami this past weekend. Even used light blue coffee machine for the the first time at our event, which matched our brand colors perfectly! The team is so detailed oriented and I appreciated that even the baristas helped with our lead retrieval, insuring attendees spoke with a team member from the brand before ordering their coffee. I would love to work with this business again and highly recommend!
10/10 recommend Cafering! We host events for people in the construction industry and needed a coffee vendor that would be able to print a logo on top of the coffee. Cafering were able to do that and way more! The process to book them was super smooth, I just filled a form on their website and received a quote shortly after. The owners are amazing, they were on top of all my questions, and replied promptly. The day of the event, the team was there on time, the set up was perfect and the coffee absolutely delicious. They offer a great variety of drinks, and their customer service is stellar. The baristas were extremely nice and the serving time was great, we had no long lines despite having almost 400 people. We'll continue using Cafering at upcoming events, I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality coffee vendor to elevate their events!
If you’re looking for an elevated coffee experience to add to an event or meeting these are your guys! We just used Cafering for an executive meeting to have espresso during breaks and the guests were raving about the quality of the coffee. It was a hit to say the least. The pre-planning was seamless and they adapted to a number of changing requests. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind!
Overall a really great experience. Super responsive over email (thank you Nico!) and the on-site staff (Santiago and Julieta) were amazing. The branded coffee cart, iced coffee cups, coffee sleeves and coffee printer were all a huge hit! Looking forward to working with them again!!

We're based in Miami. We bring the cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton — and travel across Florida for select events.

How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.
What do you need from the venue?
A 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet per cart. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water. Covered outdoor spaces work too, and we load in before your start time so we're pouring when the first guest arrives.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require proof of coverage. Tell us your venue's requirements when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's needed.
How does the logo printing work?
Our full-color coffee printer prints your logo or artwork directly onto the foam of each drink — lattes, cappuccinos, matcha and hot chocolate. Send us the file when you book and we'll confirm it before event day.
