Birthdays, showers, private parties, fundraisers and family celebrations: our coffee cart sets up at your home or venue in a 5x5 ft space and our baristas make every drink to order, hot or iced.
Print a photo, a name or a design on the foam of every drink, or build a custom drink in your party colors. Hot chocolate is on the menu at no extra cost for the kids and the non-coffee crowd, and ceremonial matcha is a premium add-on.
Guests reorder as much as they like during your service time — we don't charge per cup. We're based in Miami, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County.

Our coffee program
A coffee program built by a champion
Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.
That background shapes every bar: how the program is designed, how our SCA Certified baristas are trained, and what ends up in the cup — specialty coffee locally roasted in Miami by Escondido Specialty Coffee.

I was really lucky to have been able to try the Iced Vanilla Latte and my goodness, as someone who isnt an avid coffee drinker, I absolutely love the taste! Not overly sweet or overly bitter and the taste of vanilla is perfect! If I could have this daily I genuinely would because no other place has been able to make a coffee that tastes this way. Definitely recommend!! ❤️1

How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?
Pricing depends on service time, the number of coffee bars, location, branding and staffing. Fill out the quote form on this page — it takes about 30 seconds and shows your price right away. We don't charge per cup: guests can reorder as much as they like during your booked service time.
What drinks are on the menu?
Espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, hot or iced. On request, at no extra cost: decaf, almond milk, hot chocolate, chai, tea, Cuban coffee, cortado, cortadito, flat white and americano, plus hazelnut, pistachio and toasted marshmallow flavors. Ceremonial matcha and custom drinks are premium add-ons.
What do you need from the venue?
A 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet per cart. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water. Covered outdoor spaces work too, and we load in before your start time so we're pouring when the first guest arrives.
How does the logo printing work?
Our full-color coffee printer prints your logo or artwork directly onto the foam of each drink — lattes, cappuccinos, matcha and hot chocolate. Send us the file when you book and we'll confirm it before event day.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Weekend and holiday dates go first, and most clients reserve 4–6 weeks ahead. Put your date in the quote form to check it.
Do you serve Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County?
Yes. We're based in Miami. We bring the coffee cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton and the rest of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we travel across Florida for select events.
