Coffee catering with cafe standards
A professional coffee catering program should meet the standards of a serious cafe. Ours brings together specialty coffee locally roasted in Miami, commercial La Marzocco equipment, SCA Certified baristas and espresso dialed to each guest — single or double shot.
The menu stays focused for fast, smooth service: espresso, cappuccinos and lattes with vanilla, caramel and mocha, hot or iced. Decaf, almond milk, chai, tea, Cuban coffee, cortaditos, flat whites and americanos are there on request at no extra cost.
For conferences, corporate events, brand activations and weddings, we scale from one bar to a multi-bar setup serving 750+ drinks an hour. We're based in Miami, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.

Cafering were able to do that and way more! The process to book them was super smooth, I just filled a form on their website and received a quote shortly after. The owners are amazing, they were on top of all my questions, and replied promptly. The day of the event, the team was there on time, the set up was perfect and the coffee absolutely delicious. They offer a great variety of drinks, and their customer service is stellar. The baristas were extremely nice and the serving time was great, we had no long lines despite having almost 400 people. Honestly such a cool experience. Cafering brought their whole coffee cart setup to our team event and it felt super premium. The baristas were friendly and very skilled, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the coffee was. They even printed our logo on the drinks which made it feel really personalized. You could tell the coffee was high quality—like way better than the usual stuff at these types of things. Highly recommend Cafering if you're looking for coffee catering in the Miami South Florida area and want to impress guests and actually offer something memorable.
It’s not easy to impress accountants during busy season, but this team absolutely delivered! They created such a great experience for our office and everyone was really happy. Nico was fantastic with communication and handled all of our requests and logistics so diligently. The service was excellent, and the coffee was amazing. If you’re looking for coffee catering for any event,especially corporate events, this is definitely the place to go. We will absolutely be using them again. We were able to hire cafering for our event in Miami, september 26th. and it was a complete success! Firstly, due to the excellent quality of the coffee; secondly, having unlimited coffee for all the attendees is truly a luxury. Also, being able to have the photo or logo on the coffee was something fun that captivated the attendees' interest and gave the event a lot of personality. How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?

What drinks are on the menu?
Espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, hot or iced. On request, at no extra cost: decaf, almond milk, hot chocolate, chai, tea, Cuban coffee, cortado, cortadito, flat white and americano, plus hazelnut, pistachio and toasted marshmallow flavors. Ceremonial matcha and custom drinks are premium add-ons.
What's included with the coffee cart?
A fully equipped mobile coffee cart and espresso bar, professional barista service, locally roasted specialty coffee, whole and oat milk, cups, ice, water, ingredients, setup, service and breakdown. Standard service is two hours of unlimited made-to-order coffee, and the venue doesn't need to supply water or equipment.
How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.

SCA Certified baristas trained in a coffee program built by our founder, Mario Idrovo — Ecuador's National Barista Champion and a certified Q Grader. They engage with guests and personalize every order, from a single or double shot to the milk and flavor.

Yes. We're based in Miami. We bring the coffee cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton and the rest of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we travel across Florida for select events.
