The hot cocoa bar that gets a reaction
Coffee is the default at most events. Hot chocolate is the one that gets a reaction — from kids, from executives, from shoppers who weren't planning to stop. Every cup is made to order by a barista, not poured from an urn, and it's caffeine-free for all ages.
AAR Corp hosted 500 employees in an airport hangar for its holiday event; we ran a double-cart setup and printed the AAR logo onto every drink. Macy's brought our hot chocolate cart onto the sales floor, and Longines set it up inside its Aventura Mall boutique.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.
That background shapes every bar: how the program is designed, how our SCA Certified baristas are trained, and what ends up in the cup — specialty coffee locally roasted in Miami by Escondido Specialty Coffee.

We had an outstanding coffee catering experience! The coffee was exceptional, beautifully presented, and they even customized the foam with our event logo, which was such a special touch. It’s not easy to impress accountants during busy season, but this team absolutely delivered! They created such a great experience for our office and everyone was really happy. We're based in Miami. We bring the cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton — and travel across Florida for select events.

Good to know
Is the hot chocolate made to order?
Yes. Every cup is prepared by a barista when it's ordered, not poured from a pre-made urn. It's caffeine-free and all-ages, and you can add logo printing, branded cups and the espresso bar alongside it.
How does the logo printing work?
Our full-color coffee printer prints your logo or artwork directly onto the foam of each drink — lattes, cappuccinos, matcha and hot chocolate. Send us the file when you book and we'll confirm it before event day.
How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.
What do you need from the venue?
A 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet per cart. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water. Covered outdoor spaces work too, and we load in before your start time so we're pouring when the first guest arrives.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Weekend and holiday dates go first, and most clients reserve 4–6 weeks ahead. Put your date in the quote form to check it.
Do you serve Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County?
Yes. We're based in Miami. We bring the coffee cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton and the rest of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we travel across Florida for select events.
