When you hire a barista from Cafering, you're not hiring one person with a thermos. Every booking comes with the cart or espresso bar, commercial La Marzocco equipment, specialty coffee roasted in Miami and everything needed to serve it.
Our baristas are SCA Certified and trained in a coffee program built by a national barista champion. Reviewers name them — Santiago, Julieta, Merel — for being friendly, fast and genuinely hospitable.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.

If you’re looking for an elevated coffee experience to add to an event or meeting these are your guys! We just used Cafering for an executive meeting to have espresso during breaks and the guests were raving about the quality of the coffee. It was a hit to say the least. The pre-planning was seamless and they adapted to a number of changing requests. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind!

Who are the baristas?
SCA Certified baristas trained in a coffee program built by our founder, Mario Idrovo — Ecuador's National Barista Champion and a certified Q Grader. They engage with guests and personalize every order, from a single or double shot to the milk and flavor.
Is it a rental or full-service catering?
Full service. The cart never shows up on its own — our baristas set it up, make every drink to order, serve your guests and break it all down at the end.
How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?
Pricing depends on service time, the number of coffee bars, location, branding and staffing. Fill out the quote form on this page — it takes about 30 seconds and shows your price right away. We don't charge per cup: guests can reorder as much as they like during your booked service time.
How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.
What do you need from the venue?
A 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet per cart. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water. Covered outdoor spaces work too, and we load in before your start time so we're pouring when the first guest arrives.
Do you serve Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County?
Yes. We're based in Miami. We bring the coffee cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton and the rest of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we travel across Florida for select events.
