I cannot recommend this coffee/matcha cart vendor enough! From the very first interaction (before I had even booked) Nico was incredibly helpful, responsive, kind, professional, and accommodating. Planning events can be stressful, but they made the entire process seamless and genuinely became one of the easiest vendors I’ve ever worked with. Every question was answered quickly, every request was met with enthusiasm, and they consistently went above and beyond to make my life easier. On the day of the event, they completely exceeded all expectations. The custom coffee cart looked absolutely flawless and fit our vision perfectly. The branded coffee and matcha cups were such a beautiful touch, and the coffee printing machine was a huge hit with our attendees. Every detail was executed with care and professionalism. Most importantly, Nico and his team were phenomenal with our guests. They treated every attendee with kindness, patience, and genuine warmth, creating an experience that was just as memorable as the drinks themselves. Nico and his team were 12/10 for our conference in FLL. They communicated well during pre-planning and stepped up on site when we added a second cart last minute. Guests loved the coffee and we always had a line-- look forward working with them again in 2027.

10/10 recommend Cafering! We host events for people in the construction industry and needed a coffee vendor that would be able to print a logo on top of the coffee. Cafering were able to do that and way more! The process to book them was super smooth, I just filled a form on their website and received a quote shortly after. The owners are amazing, they were on top of all my questions, and replied promptly. The day of the event, the team was there on time, the set up was perfect and the coffee absolutely delicious. They offer a great variety of drinks, and their customer service is stellar. The baristas were extremely nice and the serving time was great, we had no long lines despite having almost 400 people. We'll continue using Cafering at upcoming events, I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a high quality coffee vendor to elevate their events!

Mario and the Cafering team did an amazing job, start to finish. It was the first time I ordered such a service and they were very professional, responsive, and accessible before the event. We invited them to be at our Booth at a technology conference. Mario and his colleague arrived early and were ready to go an hour before our scheduled time! They were kind enough to offer to stay over the time we agreed on. And the most important thing - the coffee was AMAZING! It’s not easy to impress accountants during busy season, but this team absolutely delivered! They created such a great experience for our office and everyone was really happy. Nico was fantastic with communication and handled all of our requests and logistics so diligently. The service was excellent, and the coffee was amazing. If you’re looking for coffee catering for any event,especially corporate events, this is definitely the place to go. We will absolutely be using them again. Working with Cafering was absolutely great! I used them for my wedding and I only have good things to say! The service was amazing and the coffee tastes great! They also have a machine that can print anything you’d like on the coffee (we did not add that option) but it is actually really cool! I will definitely use them for future events!
