A coffee cart does what a coffee truck can't
A coffee truck needs a parking spot, a street permit and a line outside. Our mobile coffee cart rolls inside — into a ballroom, a lobby, a boutique or a trade show booth — and sets up in a 5x5 ft space on one standard outlet, with its own water.
The menu is everything you'd want from a coffee truck, made to order by SCA Certified baristas: espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, Cuban coffee, cortaditos and iced drinks, plus ceremonial matcha and hot chocolate.
And unlike a truck, the cart can wear your brand — a full vinyl wrap, printed cups and your logo printed on the foam of every drink. We're based in Miami, serving Miami-Dade, Broward and south Palm Beach County.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.

Honestly such a cool experience. Cafering brought their whole coffee cart setup to our team event and it felt super premium. The baristas were friendly and very skilled, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the coffee was. They even printed our logo on the drinks which made it feel really personalized. You could tell the coffee was high quality—like way better than the usual stuff at these types of things. Highly recommend Cafering if you're looking for coffee catering in the Miami South Florida area and want to impress guests and actually offer something memorable.

Do you have a coffee truck?
No — we bring mobile coffee carts and espresso bars. They serve everything a coffee truck would, made to order by SCA Certified baristas, and they set up inside lobbies, ballrooms, booths, boutiques and backyards in a 5x5 ft space where a truck can't park.
What do you need from the venue?
A 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet per cart. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water. Covered outdoor spaces work too, and we load in before your start time so we're pouring when the first guest arrives.
How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?
Pricing depends on service time, the number of coffee bars, location, branding and staffing. Fill out the quote form on this page — it takes about 30 seconds and shows your price right away. We don't charge per cup: guests can reorder as much as they like during your booked service time.
What drinks are on the menu?
Espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and vanilla, caramel and mocha lattes, hot or iced. On request, at no extra cost: decaf, almond milk, hot chocolate, chai, tea, Cuban coffee, cortado, cortadito, flat white and americano, plus hazelnut, pistachio and toasted marshmallow flavors. Ceremonial matcha and custom drinks are premium add-ons.
How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.
