Every event is staffed to its size, not a fixed headcount. One cart is planned around roughly 75 drinks an hour; for a bigger crowd we add bars and baristas so lines stay short — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks an hour.
SCA Certified baristas make every drink to order from locally roasted specialty coffee, and a director of events guides your booking and planning, with every detail confirmed in advance — no surprises on event day.
We pour for brand activations, conferences, trade shows, office events, weddings, fundraisers, store openings, private parties and multi-day events. We're based in Miami.

Cafering was founded by Mario Idrovo, Ecuador’s National Barista Champion, a certified Q Grader and Lead Judge of the National Coffee Awards 2026, with a Master’s degree in Coffee Science and Economics. Mario started Cafering in Ecuador; today the team pours across South Florida.

10/10 recommend Cafering! We host events for people in the construction industry and needed a coffee vendor that would be able to print a logo on top of the coffee. Cafering were able to do that and way more! The process to book them was super smooth, I just filled a form on their website and received a quote shortly after. The owners are amazing, they were on top of all my questions, and replied promptly. The day of the event, the team was there on time, the set up was perfect and the coffee absolutely delicious. They offer a great variety of drinks, and their customer service is stellar. The baristas were extremely nice and the serving time was great, we had no long lines despite having almost 400 people. We had an outstanding coffee catering experience! The coffee was exceptional, beautifully presented, and they even customized the foam with our event logo, which was such a special touch. The hot chocolate was delicious and a huge hit with everyone as well as espresso martinis !! How many guests can one coffee cart serve?
One coffee cart or espresso bar is planned around roughly 75 drinks per hour. For bigger crowds we add bars and baristas — multi-cart setups serve 750+ drinks per hour, like the 1,000+ guests a day we served for three days at Exceedance 2026 in Fort Lauderdale.
How much does a coffee cart cost in Miami & Fort Lauderdale?
Pricing depends on service time, the number of coffee bars, location, branding and staffing. Fill out the quote form on this page — it takes about 30 seconds and shows your price right away. We don't charge per cup: guests can reorder as much as they like during your booked service time.
What's included with the coffee cart?
A fully equipped mobile coffee cart and espresso bar, professional barista service, locally roasted specialty coffee, whole and oat milk, cups, ice, water, ingredients, setup, service and breakdown. Standard service is two hours of unlimited made-to-order coffee, and the venue doesn't need to supply water or equipment.
What do you need from the venue?
A 5x5 ft space and one standard 120V outlet per cart. No kitchen and no water hookup — we bring our own water. Covered outdoor spaces work too, and we load in before your start time so we're pouring when the first guest arrives.
Can you brand the cart, the cups and the drinks?
Yes. Branding ranges from your logo on the front panel to a full vinyl wrap of the cart, plus printed hot and cold cups and sleeves, your logo printed in full color on the foam of every drink, and custom drinks built around your brand colors or campaign. Everything is confirmed before event day.

Yes. We're based in Miami. We bring the coffee cart to Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Boca Raton and the rest of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and we travel across Florida for select events.
