We just used Cafering for an executive meeting to have espresso during breaks and the guests were raving about the quality of the coffee. It was a hit to say the least. The pre-planning was seamless and they adapted to a number of changing requests. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and kind!

Overall a really great experience. Super responsive over email (thank you Nico!) and the on-site staff (Santiago and Julieta) were amazing. The branded coffee cart, iced coffee cups, coffee sleeves and coffee printer were all a huge hit! Looking forward to working with them again!!

Nico and his team were 12/10 for our conference in FLL. They communicated well during pre-planning and stepped up on site when we added a second cart last minute. Guests loved the coffee and we always had a line-- look forward working with them again in 2027.

Honestly such a cool experience. Cafering brought their whole coffee cart setup to our team event and it felt super premium. The baristas were friendly and very skilled, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good the coffee was. They even printed our logo on the drinks which made it feel really personalized. You could tell the coffee was high quality—like way better than the usual stuff at these types of things.
